GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 6313

WHEREAS Chepgoi Kipketer Temase, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Nandi/Keben/21, situate in the district of Nandi, and whereas the principal Magistrate's court, at Kapsabet, in LDT/3/98, has ordered that the said piece of land be subdivided and 1.0.acre given to Koilot Kotab Legetio Women Group, and whereas the executive officer of the court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer document in favour of the plaintiff if the defendant fails to do so, and whereas all efforts made to oompel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer, and issue land title deed to the said Koilot Kotab Legetio Women Group, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Chepgoi Kipketer Temase, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
