GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 6309

WHEREAS, Chege Muraya, of P.O. Box 1250, Nakuru in the Republic of. Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Dundori/Mugwathi Block 2/351, cointaining 1.21 hectares or thereabout,, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the deputy registrar High Court of Kenya court at Nakuru, in civil suit No. 244 of 2001, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Abdi Mohamed Noor, and whereas the deputy registrar of the court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of Abdi Mohamed Noor, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, .I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer, and issue land title deed to the said Abdi Mohamed Noor, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Chege Muraya, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of na effect.
