No. 209/4401/1388, situate in city of Nairobi, held under a lease registered as I.R. 23086/1, and whereas the said Peter Gachumo Karanja, has executed an instrument of transfer in favour of Joseph Kiuna Ng'ang'a Kariambeu, of P.O. Box 23606, Nairobi, and whereas affidavits have been filled in terms of section 65 (1) (h)'of the said Act, declaring that' the said grant registered as I.R. 23086/1, is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said lease and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer.
