No. MMVII, by our client, Gurinder Singh Ghataura, of P.O. Box 17334-00500, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Gurinder Singh D. Singh, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Gurinder Singh D. Singh, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Gurinder Singh Ghataura, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all time to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Gurinder Singh Ghataura only.
