Box 23, Athi river in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Kajiado/Kitetigela/2989, situate in the district of Kajiado, and whereas the senior resident magistrate's court at Kajiado, in civil suit No.1 of 2008, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Peter Waweru Waititu, of P.O.
