WHEREAS John Mumba Munyua (deceased), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Muguga/Kanyariri/703, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the chief magistrate's court at Kiambu, in succession cause No. 186 of 2007, has issued grant of letters of administration to Joseph Kanyinyo Mumba, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to John Mumba Munyua (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice i1 given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument RL. 19 and RL.7, and issue a land title deed to the said Joseph Kanyinyo Mumba, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said John Mumba Munyua (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. I t NOTICE No. 5737 THE REGISTERED LAND ACT (Cap. 300, section 33) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Mbogo Nyawire, of P.O. Box 83, Sare in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as No. South Sakwa/Waware/277, situate in the district of Migori, and whereas the senior resident magistrate's court at Rongo, MISC. APPL. No.1 of 2008, has ordered that the said piece of land be subdivided and thereafter transferred to Michael Mbogo Ayacko, of P.O. Box 545, Sare, and whereas the executive officer of the court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the piece of land in favour of Michael Mbogo Ayacko, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer, and issue land title deed to the said Michael Mbogo Ayacko, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mbogo Nyawire, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
