NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap.. 38) 'of the laws of Kenya, to administrator, Hillcrest School (in Receivership), of P.O. Box 24842- 00502; Nairobi, the owner of Isuzu bus NPR3 vehicle reg. No. /CAE 296P;- to fake-delivery of the said motor vehicle from the yard of Unitech Kenya Limited, situate along Pokomo Road, industrial Area, Nairobi, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of all outstanding debts, repair charges plus storage charges and other incidental costs including that of publishing this notice, failing to which the said motor vehicle shall be disposed of by way of sale-without further reference, and the proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against all the outstanding debts, repair charges, storage charges accrued thereon and other incidentals and the balance, if any, shall remain credit of the owner, but should there be any shortfall, the owner shall be liable.thereof.
