THE RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT AT GATUNDU IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF BERNARD GAKUNGA KIWARH PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION SUCCESSION CAUSE NO. 20 OF 2008 LET ALL the parties concerned take notice that a petition for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased, who died at Gatundu, on 16th December, 2007, has been filed in this registry by Monica Wambui Njoroge, of P.O. Box 1768, Thika, in her capacity as widow of the deceased. And further take notice that objections in the prescribed font') to the making of the proposed grant are invited and must be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice. And further take notice that if no objection has been lodged in this registry in the prescribed form within thirty (30) days of the date of publication of this notice, the court may proceed to make the grant as prayed or to make such order

According to Postal Corporation of Kenya, USO entails additional investment in terms of acquisition of more outlets through leasing of operational premises. Postal Corporation of Kenya cites increase in rentals on leased operational premises, administrative costs and purchase costs of the letter boxes. In this respect, Postal Corporation of Kenya proposes to make the necessary adjustments to take account of these. The proposed review of tariffs is likely to affect public, local authorities, companies, persons or bodies of persons within the Republic of Kenya. Any person or local authority, company or body of persons desirous of making any representation on or objection to the proposed new tariffs must do so by a letter addressed to the Director-General, Communications Commission -of Kenya, Waiyaki Way, P.O. Box 14448-00800,-Nairobi, indicating "private Box Rental Review" on the outside of the cover enclosing it on or before the expiry of thirty (30) days from the date of this notice and must forward to the Postal Corporation of Kenya, a copy of the representation or objection.
