According to Postal Corporation of Kenya, USO entails additional investment in terms of acquisition of more outlets through leasing of operational premises. Postal Corporation of Kenya cites increase in rentals on leased operational premises, administrative costs and purchase costs of the letter boxes. In this respect, Postal Corporation of Kenya proposes to make the necessary adjustments to take account of these. The proposed review of tariffs is likely to affect public, local authorities, companies, persons or bodies of persons within the Republic of Kenya. Any person or local authority, company or body of persons desirous of making any representation on or objection to the proposed new tariffs must do so by a letter addressed to the Director-General, Communications Commission -of Kenya, Waiyaki Way, P.O.
