WHEREAS M'Rintari M'Ringera (deceased), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Kiirua/Kiirua/205, situate in the district of Meru, and whereas the chief magistrate's court at Meru, in succession cause No. 97 of 1991, has issued grant of letters of administration and confirmation of grant in favour of Solomon Bundi, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission RL. 19 in respect of the said land title deed, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to M'Rintari No. 33 of 2005, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Julius Moses _Munyua Daniel and (2) Evanson J. M. Jomo, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Esther Kiria Njomo (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument RL 19, and issue a land title deed to the said Julius Moses Munyua Daniel and Evanson J. M. Jomo, and upon such registration the land tide deed issued earlier to the said Esther Kiria Njomo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect Dated the 27th June, 2008. J. K. Box 374, Iten, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of mutation and transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Cosmas Ego, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Luka Kipkurui Cherono, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect Dated the 27th June, 2008.
