WHEREAS Peninah Mukonyo Philip, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Nakuru Municipality Block 29/1010 (Ronda), situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nakuru, in succession cause No. 48 of 2007, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Teresia. A. Adanje, and whereas the land tide deed issued earlier to Peninah Mukonyo Philip, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered, proprietor to surrender the land title deed to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Teresia A. Box 144, Mweiga, and whereas the executive officer of the said court has executed an instrument of transfer in favour of Julius Nderitu Macharia, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the said land tide deed to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (-30) days from the date he?eof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of subdivision and transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Julius Nderitu Macharia, and upon such registration, the land tide deed issued earlier to the said Esther Wanjiru Kirogo shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
