THE SENIOR PRINCIPAL MAGISTRATE'S COURT AT KIAMBU IN THE MATTER OFTHE ESTATE OF NGURE THUKU MURAI ALIAS NGURE THUKU OF TINGANGA VILLAGE, TINbANGA LOCATION, KIAMBU DISTRICT PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION SUCCESSION CAUSENO. 120 OF 2008 LET ALL the parties c9ncemed take notice that a petition for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased, who died at Tinganga, Kiambu, on 18th June, 1997, has been filed in this registry by Hannah Njoki Ngure, of P.O. Box 1215, Kiambu, in her capacity as widow of the deceased. And furtifer take notice that objections in the prescribed form to the making of the proposed grant are invited and must be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice. And further take notice that if no objection has been lodged in this registry in the prescribed form within thirty (30) days of the date of publication of this notice, the court may proceed to make the grant as prayed or to make such order
