THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Pramodkumar Vanmali Savani, (2) Mukund Vanmali Savani, (3) Kiritkumar Vanmali Savani and (4) Atul Vanmali Savani, all of P.O. Box 42157-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered proprietors lessees of that piece of land containing 0.1841 hectare or thereabouts, known as L.R. No. 21976/32, situate in the city of Nairobi, held under a certificate of title registered as I.R. 71767/1, and whereas the said (1) Pramodkumar Vanmali Savani, (2) Mukund Vanmali Savani, (3) Kiritkumar Vanmali Savani and (4) Atul Vanmali Savani, have executed an instrument of charge in favour of (1) John Gachara Gakuru and (2) Mary Njoki Gachara, of P.O. Box 6717-00300, Nairobi, and whereas affidavits have been filled in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act, declaring that the said certificate of title registered as I.R. 71767/I, is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of title and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer.
