APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by sections 231 (1) and
245 (1) of the Local Government Act, the Deputy Prime Minister and
Minister for Local Government appoints—
Henry Kimanga, Peter Ochieng Bando, to conduct an extra-ordinary inspection of the accounts and records and to conduct investigations, researches and inquiries into the general administration and financial management of the Municipal Council of
Kitale.
