WHEREAS Eunice Waithera Kiarie (ID/3642227), of P.O. Box 40241. Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land, situate in the district of Nakuru, registered under title Nos. Kabazi/Munanda. Block 2/620 and 619(Maombi), and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost. notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof.
