NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 28th March, 2008, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa, in Volume B-13, Folio 800/3042, File No. 1637, by our client, Mercy Nafula Muricho, of P.O. Box 80185, -Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Isabellah Naswa Wafula, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Isabellah Naswa Wafula, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mercy Nafula Muricho, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Mercy Nafula Muricho only.
