WHEREAS Vincent Dickens Magaya of Karai Location, Gikambura Sub-location, Kiambu District in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of those piece of land containing 0.22 acre, 0.2.5 acre and 0.0465 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kiambu, registered under title No. Karai/Gikambura/555, T.554 and Kikuyu 'Trading Centre/57, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (607 days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
