GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 4279

WHEREAS Samuel Ng'ing'a Thuo (ID/0729501), of P.O. Box, 12753, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Nakuru Municipality Block 29/767 (Ronda), situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nakuru, in civil case No. 73 of 2006, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Yusuf Juma of PD. Box 13512, Nakuru, vide a decree/court order issued by the said court dated 10th October, 2007, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the productibn of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Yusuf Juma, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Samuel Ng'ang'a Thuo, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. ∎ • Dated the 23rd May, 2008.
