THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peponi Valley Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in Kenya having its registered office at Nairobi, P.O. Box 43045-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor lessee of that pithe of land known as L.R. No. 2951/342, situate in the city of Nairobi in Nairobi area, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 65427, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the *id certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
