NOTICE is given that the preparation of the above named part development plan was on 8th May, 2008, completed. The part development plan relates to land situated within Ololulunga Township. Copies of the part development plan have been deposited for public inspection the office of the District Physical Planning Officer, Narok, District Commissioner, Narok South and Clerk to County Council of Narok. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at office of District Physical Planning Officer, Narok, District Commissioner, Narok South and Clerk to County Council of Narok, between the hours of 8.00 a.m. to 1.00 pan. and 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above-named part development plan may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the District Physical Planning Officer, P.O. Box 753, Narok, within sixty (60) days from the date of publication of this notice and such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made. Dated the 8th May, 2008. .M. K.
