TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 6 OF 2008 By (1) Barnabas Ngugi Kimani and (2) Anthony Mwaura Kimani, both of P.O. Box 2, Ngong Hills in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant pf letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sarah Nyambura Kimani alias Sarah Nyambura Mirie, late of Oloosurutia Location in Kenya, who died there, on 3rd September, 2007. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
