TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 489 OF 2008 By Rosedalima Akwiri Ndong, of P.O. Box 1330, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's sister, for a grant bf letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benard Juma Okola, who died at Milimani, Kisumu, on 30th April, 2007. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
