TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 146 OF 2006 By (1) Stanley M. Mugutu and (2) Agnes Wamboi Mugutu, both of P.O. Box 8076, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased's widower and sister-in-law, respectively, through Messrs. Wahinya Obudho & Associates, advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Wahu Njuguna, late of Turbo Trading Centre, who died along Malaba-Eldoret Road, on 25th January, 2006. CAUSE NO. 11 OF 2008 By (1) Leah Jepkemboi Choge and (2) Isaac K. Tarus, both of P.O. Box 182, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptarus Bamgetuny, late of Kapsabet, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital, Eldoret, on 21st September, 2005. CAUSE No. 22 OF 2008 By (1) Eunice Chepkogei Ruto (2) David Kiplimo Lelei, both of P.O. Box 5430, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased's widow and brother- in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kiprotich Ruto, who died on 5th November, 2007. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
