TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 81 OF 2008 By Musyoki Kinoo, of P.O. Box 1050, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbula Kinoo, late of Kakuyuni Location, who died at' there on 21st July; 2003. CAUSE NO. 109 OF 2008 By (1) Rose Beth Ngunguu, (2) Peter Mutinda Kingoo and (3) Charles Wambua Kingoo, all of P.O. Box 300, Matuu in Kenya, the deceased's widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Kingoo Nthale, late of Kivingoni Location, who died there on 3rd December, 2006. CAUSE No. 204 OF 2008 By (1) 'Catherine Mbithe Musyoka and (2) Mary Wausi Kiio, both of P.O. Box 187, Tala in Kenya, the deceased's Daughter and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Musyoka Mwenge, late of Matungulu Location, who died at Kalandini Sub-location, on 2nd May, 2006. CAUSE No. 234 OF 2008 By Patricia Muthio Wambua, of P.O. Box 366, Masii in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Wambua Musau, late of Muthetheni Location, who died at District Hospital, Machakos on 9th December, 2005. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
