GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 4030

WHEREAS Justo M'Maraigwa M'Ikiara (deceased), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Ntima/Ntakira/461, situate in the district of Meru, and whereas the chief magistrate's court, in succession cause No. 28 of 1991, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Phineas M'Mugambi J. M'Araigua, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission RL. 19, in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas the land title deed issued to the said Justo M'Araigwa M'Ikiara (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title, deed and proceed with the registration of the said grant application to be registered as proprietor by transmission RL. 19 to the said Phineas M'Mugambi J. M'Araigua, and upon such, registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Justo M'Araigwa M'Ikiara (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Dated the 16th May, 2008.
