THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mary Kita Nalianya, of P.O. Box 48231-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor lessee of that piece of land containing 0.0176 hectare or thereabouts, known as L.R. 209/8876/32, situate in the city of Nairobi, held under a certificate of title registered as I.R. 43853/1, and whereas the said Mary Kita Nalianya, has executed an instrument of discharge and charge in favour of Standard Chartered Bank Kenya Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in Kenya having its registered office at Nairobi of P.O. Box 30003, and whereas affidavits have been filled in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act declaring that the said certificate of the title registered as I.R. 43853/1, is not available for registration, notice is given that after fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of title and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of discharge and charge.
