THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Teresia Wanjiku Gitari on trust for (1) Master Paul Alikana Wafula, (2) Frida Pamba Wafula and (3) Master Auser Wamathai Wafula, all of P.O. Box 3962, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor lessee of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 7397 (Orig. No. 1482/71, section II, mainland north), situate in the Mombasa Municipality, Mombasa District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as C.R. 36016, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
