THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Joseph Mbugua, (2) Wairimu Gichuru, (3) Benson W. Kinyanjui, (4) Joseph K. Gikubu, (5) Wanjiru Muiruri, (6) George M. Matimu, (7) Gachiri Njuguna, (8) Kibe Karanja, (9) Magdalene Njoki and (10) Mary W. Njoya, all of P.O. Box 30178, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered proprietors lessees of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 10087/3, situate in the south-west of Thika Municipality, Thika District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 23733/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said grant issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
