REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Mutinda Musunga, of P.O. Box 5010-00506, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor lessee of that Flat No. C2, erected on L.R. No. 209/3203, situate in the city of Nairobi, by virtue of a lease registered as I.R. 97260, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
