NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to Alfred Ashibira, of P.O. Box 912-01000, Thika, the owner of the motor vehicle registration number KAN 600B Subaru Impreza, currently in the • possession of Motor Mania Limited, of P.O. Box 3397-00200, Nairobi, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all the outstanding storage charges as at the 25th April, 2008, together with the invoiced sum of Kshs. 135,928 being in respect to the cost of repair, failure to collect the said vehicle shall result in the same being sold by public auction or private treaty without any further references and proceeds thereof shall be defrayed against the accrued charges and the balance if any shall remain at the owner's credit. NOTICE No. 3958 HEAVY VEHICLE AND PLANT SUPPLIERS LIMITED DISPOSAL OF UNCOLLECTED GOODS NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of Renault track reg. No. KAS 619L and Flat Bed trailer reg. No. ZC 1333, to remove the said vehicles within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice from Heavy Vehicles and Plant Suppliers Limited, Mombasa Road, P.O. Box 287-00502, Nairobi, upon payment of storage, advertising costs and incidental charges thereto, and should the owners fail to pay all the said charges and remove the said vehicles, the same shall be sold by either public auction or private treaty and the proceed applied to defray all the said charges and the balance, if any, shall be held to the owners credit, but should there be any shortfall, legal proceedings shall be instituted for the recovery of the balance, and the owners shall be held liable thereof.
