THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY AND PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS ACT

APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 42A (b) orthe Constitution of Kenya and in accordance with the second schedule of the Presidential and Parliamentary Elections Regulations, 1992 paragraph 1, the Electoral Commission appoints the following person to be members of the Language Boards and Language Appeals Boards, for the purpose of section 34 (c) of the Constitution. The appointments shall be from 29th October, 2007 and will continue until the end of nominations for parliamentary candidates. Language Boards: Jogoo House "B", 6th Floor, Room No. 607 Enos 0.
