TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 111 OF 2008 By Mary Syokwia Kyalili, of P.O. Box 1014, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kyalili Mbuu, late of Masewani, Muisuni Location, who died there on 8th January, 1996. CAusE No. 201 OF 2008 By Benjamin Muthoka Ndambuki, of P.O: Box 5, Kitise in Kenya, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benard Nzuki Ndambuki, late of Kitise Location, who died there on 1st April, 2002. CAUSE No. 208 "A" OF 2008 By (1) Richard Iseu Nzila and (2) Kanyiva Nzila, both of P.O. Box 7, Kithimani in Kenya, the deceased's son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nzila Ngila Iseu, late of Linga, Myanyani Location, who died there on 17th July, 1997. CAUSE No. 211 OF 2008 By Charles Wambua, of P.O. Box 18, Kithimani in Kenya, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kakui Nthiia, late of Ndalani Location, who died there in 1972. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
