THE REGISTERED LAND ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Richard Okech Awuor, of P.O. Kombewa in the Republi of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Kisumu/Othany/3463, containing 0.19 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kisumu, and whereas the resident magistrate's court at Kisumu, in land tribunal dispute case No. 28 of 2006, has ordered that the said piece of land be registered in the name of Anton Mito Ariembi, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said title to the said Anton Mito Ariembi, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Richard Okech Awuor, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
