NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to Isabelle Philips, of tel. No. 0722802867, Nairobi, to take delivery of motor vehicle reg. No. KAE 402L Subaru Leone, left at Babb's Autoshine Garage, Nairobi, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all outstanding repair charges, storage and incidental costs of publishing this notice, failure to which the same shall be sold by public auction or private treaty and should there be a shortfall, civil proceedings shall be instituted for recovery of the same.
