THE YILSA LIMITED TRANSFER OF BUSINESS NOTICE is given pursuant to sections 3 and 4 of the Transfer of Businesses Act

TRANSFER

NOTICE is given pursuant to sections 3 and 4 of the Transfer of Businesses Act (Cap. 500) of the laws of Kenya, that on 20th March, 2008, Yilsa Limited ("the transferor") a company that processes and packages food incorporated in Kenya (reg. No. C1056) of P.O. Box 76252-00200, Nairobi, transferred its entire business to Brightstar Foods Limited ("the transferee") a company incorporated in Kenya reg. No. C4060) of P.O. Box 72652-00200, Nairobi. The transferee did not and does not intend to assume the liabilities of the Transferor incurred in the business or at all. The transferee however assumed all the assets of the Transferor. The Transferee will carry on the business from the transferor address, namely L.R. No. 221/222, P.O. Box 72652-00200, Nairobi.
