NOTICE is given that the • following have, pursuant to the provisions of the" Kenya Communications Act, 1998, made application to Communications Commission of Kenya for the grant of licences as appears against their names. Name and Address Licence Category The East African Marine Systems Limited, P.O. Box 30025-00100, Nairobi Submarine cable landing rights authorization. Richmon Net Links Limited, P.O. Box 372- 00900, Kiambu Internet service provider. The reason for grant of the licence is to enable the applicant to opetate submarine cable landing rights authorization and interne services as indicated above against their respective names. The grant of these licences will affect public and,local authorities, companies, persons or bodies of persons within the country. Any public or local authority, company, person or body ,of persons desirous of making any representation on or objection to the grant of such licence as aforesaid must do so by a letter addressed to the Director-General, Communications Commission of Kenya, Waiyaki Way, P.O. Box 14448-00800, Nairobi, indicating the "licence category" on the outside of the cover enclosing it on or before the expiry of sixty (60) days from the date of this notice and must forward to the applicant a copy of such representation or objection.
