APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred liy rule 8 of the Local Government Elections (Amendment) Rules, the Electoral Commission appoints the person named in the first column of the Schedule to be the Returning Officer for the Electoral Area specified in the second 2nd May, 2008 • • , colunin and which is within the Constituency specified in the third column of the said Schedule. The appointment shall come into force from 29th, April, 2008 and will be for the conduct of the by-election to be held on 11th June, 2008 only.
