TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court In: CAUSE NO. 143 OF 2008 By (1) Boaz Osir Aida, (2) Caleb Miyumo Aida, (3) Meshack Otieno Aida, (4) Apolo Ogum Aida and (5) Sunday Ayub Aida, all of P.O. Box 824, Kisumu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eli Enoka Aida, who died on 16th December, 2007. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
