WHEREAS (1) Daniel Wataku Njoroge and (2) Stephen Mbugua Murihia both (deceased), are registered proprietors of that piece of land known as Kabete/Kibichiko/56I, containing 1.05 acres/hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi, in succession cause No. 2298 of 2005, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Peter Nganga Mbugua and (2) Waihumbu Mbugua, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to the said (I) Daniel Wataku Njoroge and (2) Stephen Mbugua Murihia, both (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument RL. 19 and RL. 7, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Daniel Wataku Njoroge and (2) Stephen Mbugua Murihia, both (deceased), shall be deemed to he cancelled and of no effect. GAzurrE NOTICE No. 3564 THE REGISTERED LAND ACT (Cup. 300, section 33) REGISTRATION OF INSPRtIMItNT WHEREAS Nyaga Karuitano alias Nyaga Karwitano (deceased), of Rukuriri Sub-location, Embu District in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Kyeni/Mufuff.15, containing 0.10 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Embu, and whereas the resident magistrate's court at Runycnjes, in succession cause No. 14 of 2006, has ordered that the said piece of land be registered in the name of Mbere Nyaga, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said Njeru Nyaga, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Nyaga Karuitano alias Nyagu Karwitano (deceased), shall he deemed to he cancelled and of no effect.
