GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 3561

WHEREAS Antony Wahome Wachira, is -registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Laikipia/Tigithi/Matanya Block 3/953 (Matanya Centre), situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas the senior principal magistrate's court at Nanyuki, in civil, suit No. 42 of 2007, has ordered the said piece of land to be transferred to Simon Macharia Muita, and whereas the executive officer of the, said court has in pursuance to an order of the said coat executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of the said Simon Macharia Muita, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument bf transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Simon Macharia Muita, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Antony Wahome Wachira, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
