IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) of the State Corporations Act, the Minister for Agriculture appoints: Under section 6 (1)(c)— Permanent Secretary, Agriculture; Under section 6 (1) (d)— Permanent Secretary, Treasury; Under section 6 (l) (e)- Director, Kenya Agricultural Research Institute, Chief Executive Officer, Kenya Sugar Board, Chairman, Kenya Sugarcane Growers Association, Chairman, Kenya Sugar Manufacturers Association, to be membirs of the Board of the Kenya Sugar Research Foundation, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 15th April, 2008.
