ACT

PURSUANT to section 5 of -the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, notice is given to the owner of the undermentioned motor vehicle which is lying at the premises of Sako Motors Limited, to take delivery of the said motor vehicles within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all outstanding repair, storage and any other incidental costs incurred at the date delivery is taken, the said vehicle if not collected at the expiry of the notice will be sold by public auction or privatee treaty without any further notice by Whitestone Auctioneers (K) Limited, Whitestone House, Chepkorio Road, off Lusaka Road, P.O.
