NOTICE is given under the Transfer of Businesses Act, that the magazine publishing business carried on by Travel News (Kenya) Limited under its own name at Triad House; 83, Muthaiga Road, Nairobi will, subject to obtaining all the necessary approvals, be transferred on 1st July, 2008 to East African Magazines Distribution (Proprietary) Limited who will carry on the business under the same name at EAMD, Old Amref Building, Wilson Airport, off Langata Road, Nairobi. The address of the transferor is P.O. Box 30725-00100, Nairobi. The address of the transferee is P.O. Box 47963-00100, Nairobi. All debts or liabilities due and owing by transferor in respect of the business up to 1st July, 2008, shall be received and paid by the transferor. The transferee is not assuming nor is it intended to assume any liabilities whatsoever incurred by the transferor in the business up to 1st July 2008., Dated the 15th April 2008.
