INQUIRY ORDER

WHEREAS I have on my own accord, decided that an inquiry be held into the by-laws, working and financial conditions of Muka Mukuu Farmers Co-operative Society Limited (CS/I 823), and in accordance with section 58 of the Co-operative Societies Act (No. 12 of 1997). Now therefore, I authorize (I) Peter Wanjohi, Senior Co-operative Officer, Headquarters and (2) Vincent W. Nyongesa, Co-operative Auditor, Headquarters, to hold an inquiry within twenty (20) days from the date thereof at such place and time as may be expedient and duly notified by them. The attention of all officers and members of the society is directed to the following sections of the Co-operative Societies Act. Section 60 ( I )— Cost of inquiry. Section 60 (2)—Recovery of costs of expenses. Section 73 —Inquiry into the conduct of Management Committee members. Section 94—Offences. Dated the 9th April, 2008. F. F.
