NOTICE is given that the following have, pursuant to the provisions of the Kenya Communications Act, 1998, made application to Communications Commission of Kenya for the grant of licences as appears against their names. Name and Address Licence Category Telemedia Communications Limited, P.O. Box 76658-00508, Nairobi Global mobile personal communication via satellite. Executech Systems, P.O. Box 3339- 00506, Nairobi Satellite monitoring services provider. The reason for grant of the licence is to enable the applicant to operate and provide global mobile personal communication via satellite and satellite monitoring services as indicated above against their respective names. The grant of these licences will affect public and local authorities, companies, persons or bodies of persons within the country. Any public or local authority, company, person or body of persons desirous of making any representation on or objection to the grant of such licence as aforesaid must do so by a letter addressed to the Director-General, Communications Commission of Kenya, Waiyaki Way, P.O. Box 14448-00800, Nairobi, indicating the "licence category" on the outside of the cover enclosing it on or before the expiry of sixty (60) days from the date of this notice and must forward to the applicant a copy of such representation or objection.
