TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 593 OF 2007 By Musyoka Waita, of P.O. Box 8, Mutituni in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Waita Nzeki, late of Machakos, who died at Mbukoni, Mutituni, on 18th January, 1991. CAUSE No. 159 OF 2008 By (I) Joyce Kavula Kasyula and (2) John Munuve, both of P.O. Box 27699, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow and uncle, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Kasyula Mwinzi, late of Mwingi, who died at Mater Hospital in Kenya, on 16th March, 2001. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
