GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 3265

WHEREAS (I) Michael Otieno Miruwe (2) Deniel Odhiambo Nyamasiani, both of P.O. Box 2, Suna, (3) Pamela Awuor Ochieng and (4) Romanus Odhiambo Otieno, both of P.O.-Box 62000-00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered proprietors of those pieces of land known as Suna West/Wasimbete/1303, 1304 and 1305, situate in the district of Migori, and whereas the principal magistrates court at Migori, in Misc. Appl. No. 67 of 2006, has ordered that the mother plot No. Suna West Wasimbete/855, which gave rise to the said three parcels of land be subdivided to give claimant George Ochieng Ogony, 30 acres and that the objector i.e. Ajwang and Akede, to share the remaining 16 acres, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietors to surrender the land title deeds issued in respect of the three parcels of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of mutation and transfer and issue a land title deed to the said George Ochieng Ogony, and upon such registration, the land title deeds issued earlier to the above named three persons, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
