GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 3264

WHEREAS Ismail Opiato Okowa, of P.O. Box 178, Ukwala in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Ugenya/Ambira/1828, situate in the district of Siaya, and whereas the senior resident magistrates court at Siaya, has ordered the said piece of land to be transferred to Helidah Anyango Oluoch, and whereas the executive officer of the said court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of the said Helidah Anyango Oluoch, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Helidah Anyango Oluoch, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Ismail Opiato Okowa, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
