GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 3262

WHEREAS Samuel Nguthuko Macharia, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Laikipia/Tigithi/Matanya Block 3/386 (Matanya Centre), situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas the senior principal magistrates court at Nanyuki, in civil suit No. 20 of 2005, has ordered the said piece of land to be transferred to John Kiboi Wambugu, of P.O. Box 119, Mweiga, and whereas the executive officer of the said court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of the said John Kiboi Wambugu, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said John Kiboi Wambugu, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Samuel Nguthuko Macharia, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
