GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 3261

WHEREAS Fred Jacks Omwoyo Mogeni, of P.O. Box 57470, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of those pieces of land containing 0.10 hectare each or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title Nos. Ngong/Ngong/4734 and 4735, respectively, and whereas investigations by the chief land registrar has confirmed that the said registration and issuance of title deeds were obtained fraudulently, and whereas the chief land registrar has ordered tat the said registration be cancelled vide authority KJO/A/10/Vol. IX 3, of 27th March, 2008, and whereas all efforts made to compel the said Fred Jacks Omwoyo Mogeni, to surrender the said land title deeds to the registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that, I shall cancel the said registration and open new registers in the genuine owner Stephen Kihara Muchui, at the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, and upon such registration, the land title deeds in the custody of Fred Jacks Omwoyo Mogeni, shall cease to have any legal effect.
