THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mohamed Jamil Chaudhri, of P.O. Box 30217, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor lessee of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 4513/5, south-east of Kwale Town, within Kwale County Council, Kwale District, held by a certificate of title registered as C.R. 24353/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
